1 - Ready or Not

Simone is concerned about changes taking place at Bringston and wants to bring attention to the issues, but things dont go as expected; Marcus seeks advice from an unlikely source; JR makes a decision about his future.

1 - We Need a Resolution

After the holiday break, Simone returns to Bringston ready to focus solely on tennis and learns what its really like to be top six. Damon is faced with a decision hes been putting off since before the holidays. Frustrated with how Cam is treating her, Keisha reverts to her old ways and throws a last-minute New Years Eve party. Meanwhile, Amara and Coach Marcus try to adjust to their new environments and challenges.

1 - Start Over

Simone is excited to move into her dorm and start navigating life on her own terms, but her past choices present unexpected setbacks. Eager to turn the baseball team around, Damon and Coach Marcus are thrown an even bigger curve ball than they were anticipating. Meanwhile, Amara faces the consequences of her actions, and what that means for her future.

2 - Level Up

Simone leads up the PKZ voter registration drive and chooses an unexpected partner; JR confides in Keisha; Gabi tells Cam that she is worried about JR.

2 - No Love

Simone finds herself once again at odds with her teammates. Damon is stressed about how his decision will affect those around him. Keisha is all in on her new dance major, but she must overcome a roadblock that she didnt anticipate.

2 - Under Pressure

With everything Simone is trying to balance, she starts to crack but finds the motivation to keep going from a group assignment with Damon and Thea. Damon struggles to bond with the team, but with the help of JR, Damon does something that scares him and gets him back on track. Keisha wrestles with letting go of her dream, while Cams dream may be over before it even started. Meanwhile, Coach Marcus witnesses what the cost of being a whistleblower is having on Amara.

3 - My, Myself and I

Simone shows a different side of herself that does not go unnoticed as she reclaims her power on and off the court, but she must decide if that is the best strategy. Damons determination to ignore his unresolved relationship with Jessie leads to conflict and an uncertainty within the team. Cam has an unexpected visitor who will challenge him on his decision to pursue music, leaving Cam to turn to Keisha for support. As Amara settles into her new job, she receives an anonymous critique, making her realize that she needs to sacrifice something important to her. Meanwhile, JR and Nate find themselves revisiting the past, but each has a different outcome.

3 - Love and War

When Damon and JR devise a plan to help boost the baseball teams morale, they realize they have their work cut out for them when an unforeseen obstacle enters that could derail their efforts. Simone tries to extend an olive branch to Thea, but things dont turn out as she was expecting. As the RA in her dorm, Keisha is met with constant complaints and in the midst of it all, a secret she has been keeping from a friend is revealed. Meanwhile, a former student offers Amara a tempting offer, but Coach Marcus makes a surprising discovery that might be of more interest to Amara.

Simone pushes the tennis team a bit too hard and suffers the consequences; Amara clashes with Nate about new campus safety measures.

4 - We Shall Not Be Moved

When Cam receives a disturbing call for Amara, Amara immediately jumps into action which requires Bringston to shelter in place. Simone struggles with being able to participate in Baby Shays first day of daycare only virtually, but when chaos ensues on campus, she finds comfort from someone unexpected. Damon comes to a decision about his birth parents which helps him make a surprising revelation. Not a fan of how Nates boyfriend treats Nate, Keisha grows concerned when Nate goes missing. Meanwhile, JR revisits a painful time in his past, forcing him to figure out what he wants for his future.

4 - If Only You Knew

With Athletic Alumni weekend in full swing, Simone must juggle playing doubles with Thea, and trying to spend time with an unexpected guest. Damons growing relationship with Simone hits a snag, so he focuses his efforts on the alumni game. Amara and Coach Marcus past comes to the forefront when they run into an old classmate. Cam confides in Keisha about his plans to get back on the field. Meanwhile, JR is excited to spend time with his parents but learns of some shocking family news instead.

Keisha is worried about how Cam is holding up, but is commandeered by her dance professor, leaving Coach Marcus the opportunity to step up for Cam. Meanwhile, JR tries his hand at casual dating and learns something about his relationship style.

5 - Truth Hurts

When the power goes out at Bringston, everyone takes the time to reveal some surprising truths to each other. Simone grapples with telling her friends about her son when she learns he will be in town for a visit, and Thea unexpectedly turns to Simone for dating advice. Damon becomes worried about JR who is dealing with issues in the wrong way. Cam challenges Keisha when she is ready to give up on her choreography dreams. Meanwhile, Coach Marcus and Amaras relationship comes to a head, leaving them questioning how to move forward.

Simone has to choose between the most important things in her life; Nates cousin reaches out, which brings up some very raw emotions resulting in a heart-to-heart with Lando; Keisha comes up with a plan to help JR.

7 - Integrity

Simone is trying to break her long-running tennis curse by acing her presentation and dealing with boy drama, but a blast from her past brings its own drama. Damon and Thea are all set for a weekend away until the pressure of the high-stakes game and interview messes with their plans. Marcus learns some disappointing news and turns to Amara (Kelly Jenrette) for support. Meanwhile, Cam plays matchmaker for JR, and a visit from a dance alum raises the bar for Keisha, and shes not sure how to handle the pressure.

7 - Godspeed

When Simone is faced with her first college level tournament, she learns she has to conquer an unexpected bigger foe and gets some sage advice from Thea. Damon struggles with an assignment as it hits a little too close to home when it triggers some of his insecurities. As JR re-examines his identity, he gets advice from an unexpected source. Amara continues to fight her battle with President Allen and Bringston in her own way. Meanwhile, the gang rallies around Keisha as she tries to navigate her late moms birthday on her own since her relationship with her father is strained.

7 - Lift Me Up

Nate urges Simone to let Amara know what is going on with her health; Amara surprises everyone and returns to Bringston for Thanksgiving; Marcus tries to bond with Noah; Cam wonders if Keisha and JR are spending too much time together.

8 - Rock The Boat

Once again, Simones world has been rocked, leaving her no choice but to stand up for herself with her support system fighting right by her side. Damon is at a personal low, but things get worse when a salacious rumor circulates about him and the baseball team. Keishas dance trajectory hits a major roadblock leaving everyone to rally around her. JR reflects on his friendship when Cam shows interest in KEK. Meanwhile, Amara struggles with trying to balance being president and being an aunt.

8 - Just a Friend

When Damon goes home for a quick trip to get answers from his father about his adoption, Simone drops everything to be his support system. Thea and Nathaniel immerse themselves in sorority life by helping with the gala, but they discover sorority politics are no joke. JR knows what he wants now and is ready to fight for it and Keisha helps push Cam out of his comfort zone. Meanwhile, Amara fights for her job as a video of her criticizing Bringston surfaces.

When JR is unable to take Simone to her appointment, Lando steps in; Lando and Simone help each other see the best in themselves; Simone makes a confession to someone important in her life.

9 - Hard Place

Simone struggles with trying to balance her new “duties” and her loyalty to Nate, leaving her to question if she made the right decision. Marcus sees that Thea is struggling on the court and offers her help in an unexpected way. Damon tries to keep the baseball team focused as they inch closer to a big achievement. Meanwhile, Cam isnt sure if pledging is for him, leaving JR to reevaluate the fraternitys strategy.

9 - Ordinary People

Simone and the gang rally around Amara as she struggles with what to do next as new information comes to light. Coach Marcus is excited about the all-HBCU baseball game he put together until an old teammate stirs up bad memories that could possibly derail everything. As Damon, JR and the team are focused on the game, they are faced with some challenging guests and new adversaries. Thea has a close call with danger which costs her one relationship and brings a potential new one into her life. Meanwhile, Simone struggles to explain to Jordan her friendship break-up with Damon.

9 - Pain Is Inevitable

When Simone is forced to fight for her spot on the tennis team, she encounters an unlikely adversary on the court; JR and Lando pitch the board to bring baseball back to Bringston; Cam makes a huge gamble resulting in a visit from Big Hank.

10 - Dance with My Father

With Simone and Thea both ready to reclaim their spot on the court, their coach and teammates force them to deal with the lingering tension in unique ways; Damon helps JR celebrate a major milestone.

10 - Move On

Excited about service week, Simone channels all her volunteer efforts into her mentee and gets an idea for a bigger project and get assistance from some unexpected allies. Damons quest to learn his fathers connection to Celine has some surprising revelations. Keisha and Cam get into a conformation making Keisha realize she needs to continue to focus on self-improvement. Still reeling from what happened, Thea decides to confront her fears. Meanwhile, Amara learns who is out to get her, but doesnt seem to get any support from the administration, rather she does get support from someone surprising.

10 - Un-Break My Heart

Simone and JR become inspired by the importance of legacy and have new ideas about their futures; Cam and Keisha hit a crossroad in their relationship; Nate stumbles upon something she was not meant to find; Marcus holds a wellness event.

11 - I Can Tell

As midterms loom at Bringston, Simone has a lot on her mind and ends up having a heart-to-heart with her line sisters; Damon is confused by his midterm grades and finds a creative solution to his situation; Cam is stuck in a precarious position.

11 - What Now?

After returning from break, Simone throws herself into distraction, including her tennis tournament, to avoid dealing with whats really bothering her. When Damon finds himself with more questions than answers, he finds help from Thea. With the help of Nathaniel, JR realizes he needs to change his narrative on how he sees himself after he has a viral game moment. Meanwhile, Amara inches closer to the issues going on with Bringston and Coach Marcus paranoia is at an all-time high.

11 - After the Love Has Gone

Simone is determined to return to tennis as a champion; JR thinks Noah may be hiding something; Gabi joins Cam at the recording studio and makes a discovery.

12 - Behind The Mask

Keisha works hard on choreographing the Masquerade Dance but takes out her frustrations on Cam; Simone hosts a PKZ alum and is faced with thinking about her future; Damon regrets following JRs advice.

12 - Confessions

During Homecoming week, Simone, and Thea get ready to compete in a professional tournament and face opponents that challenge them in different ways. With the encouragement of JR, Damon tries to reveal how much he wants to share with his mother. Coach Marcus is spiraling out of control and reveals a big secret leaving the team once again divided. Keisha is ready to face her fears and is afraid she may be too late but is ready to fight for what she wants. Meanwhile, Amara comes up with a plan to help Bringston, but things dont go as she hoped.

13 - Lose to Win

As Simone and the Bringston tennis team travel to their tournament, prepared to dominate, an unexpected encounter puts them in danger. Damon ponders his next move in one area of his life while dealing with a new baseball rival that ends up proving useful. Meanwhile, Nathaniel is presented with a challenge that she is unsure if she should accept, and Keisha works vigorously to appease her professor, which is met with grim consequences.

13 - Irreplaceable

As Homecoming week continues, Simone grapples with her role on the tennis team and Thea receives some upsetting news. With Coach Marcus nowhere to be found, an interim coach steps in which creates conflict for Damon and JR as they try to win their most important game. Keisha throws herself into raising funds for Bringston in the hopes of helping to keep her chosen family together, while Cam makes a decision that could have major consequences. Meanwhile, Amara finds herself back in the spotlight with a surprising career opportunity.

14 - Stand Up For Something

Simone and the Bringston tennis team work together to make the biggest decision of their season; the Lions take on their biggest rival for the conference championship; Cam goes to JR with a serious situation; Nate faces a difficult decision.

As Simone preps for the exhibition match, she is presented with unexpected obstacles; JR stands up for Cam in an unusual way; Damon gets advice from an unlikely source as he struggles with an important interview.
